APM INFRATECH Security Services was incorporated in the year 2017 with an objective to work in the field of infrastructure development. After successfully walking the path of infra development within the nation, the need of safeguarding the developed infrastructure of the country started taking a prominent position in the ideology of our organization. That’s were the absolute able guidance and perseverance of our co-founder and patron Col Pankaj Mehra starting shaping up. During his 37 years of service in the Army, he has undergone several training programs and have held posts demanding leadership, motivation, decision-making, maturity, loyalty, integrity, tenacity, and adaptability, planning, organizing and conducting visits of inspecting officers/ teams and so on are second nature to him and now has become the ideology of the organization with strict implementation.

Safety Planning
Develop a safety plan that outlines protocols and measures to protect workers, site visitors, and the environment.
Develop a Budget
Create a comprehensive budget that includes all anticipated costs, including materials, labor, equipment, permits, and contingency funds
Quality Assurance
Establish standards and procedures to ensure that our security personnel’s meet required quality levels. This includes deployment, training and inspections.
Standard Operational Procedures
Training & Post Instructions
The job specification for all the security personnel will be clearly mentioned and specific post instructions will be developed in Hindi & English. Training will be given to them specific to their job functions prior to deployment.
Onsite Training
Will be done during the time of deployment. This will need to be carried out once every month and will include the feedback received by client.
Weekly Reviews
The security mechanism and it’s functioning will be reviewed on a weekly basis. This will ensure that the systems are monitored regularly and are continuously being improved- the objective is to strive for excellence within the given parameters.
Deployment Date
Generally, require a lead- time of 10 days to deploy and operate the complete Security mechanism (Personnel and Systems) after written confirmation.
Supervision & Inspection
APM INFRATECH Security Services operation staff (Field Inspectors, Area Managers) inspect all positions on a daily basis to ensure that all post instructions are being strictly followed. This daily inspection report is updated in our record.
